How do I return a product?
Faulty/defective products: please contact us.
Other returns: if you want to return a product because you’ve changed your mind or for another reason, and it’s still in new condition with the shrink wrap intact, download our cancellation form and email/send us the completed form to arrive within 14 days of when the item was delivered to you.
For items returned in new condition, we’ll refund the full purchase cost of the product & delivery; under current consumer legislation, you’ll need to pay the return postage cost to us.
Gift-service items: where a product has been personalised, such as in the case of a printed gift card, there is no right to cancel and return the product. The element of the purchase price for the gift-wrapping service cannot be refunded as part of a cancellation, so the maximum that could be refunded for an order cancellation in the case of a gift-service order would be the price of the corresponding Baby Listen album on CD with its inclusive postage costs.
